I am a self confessed nut of a Property Enthusiast. As i stay in Sabah so most of my articles would be most relevant to Sabah folks, I do invest and take note whats happening at KL, west Malaysia too. My whole purpose here is to share and learn together investment strategies and tips. My second love in life is food so I may share some food pictures here and then.
My journey into the world of Property Investment can be considered as Fate. Because thats the only reason I still feel the need to wake up in the morning, the last thing that I look at before I shut my eyes for the night. My story began because I feel the Desperate need to Take Control of My Life vs Being Controlled by someone else. Started investing in Property Market 8 years ago when there was no such things as much books(only 1 or 2 by Milan Doshi and Renesial Leong), seminars or gurus, online platforms. I learned investing by all means necessary, going to everything related to property and asking anybody who would spare their time with me.
Started investing with 2k Salary, starting with apartments, moving on to condos, Semi Detached houses, all the way to Bungalow.
These past few years switching from Residential market to Commercial Properties. Retails, Offices and Shoplots.
I am here to share my experience and knowledge, whether its good or bad its up to you, as with anything else in Life, no pain no gain, start to invest and you will see the benefit in the long run.
This blog intended to be light hearted and easy going, I am not into Big words and terminology. I am writing purely from an investors/layman point of view. I am also not here to teach anybody the Proficiency of English so please bear with me.
