The trend of condo living is going to boom in KK is simply because land prices increasing rapidly. And there is no more cheap land in Prime Areas.

It only make sense to build high rises, the higher density development will be able to provide the facilities and security that new generation of house buyers want.

If you’ve been hesitating to get a condo; Don’t. Its going to be common place in the coming years, and prices is going to increase further as buyers get more and more demanding and developers want to provide better more luxury developments like Harrington Suites (min 1.7mil), Jesselton Residences(average units 1.5mil and above), Bay Residence etc.
